Tochukwu Onyiuke is a Legal Practitioner with over 20 (twenty) years’ experience. His experience cuts across diverse areas of law practice including insolvency, intellectual property, banking, election disputes, contracts, information technology, land matters and project financing. Over the past 15 years, he has handled many cases and argued so many appeals on behalf of different Clientele. He has appeared on very many occasions in all the courts in Nigeria ranging from the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Courts, Election Petition Tribunals and Investment and Security Tribunal. Tochukwu Onyiuke has authored so many articles that have contributed immensely to the development of law in Nigeria. Tochukwu has written 6 articles published internationally in peer review journals, 6 articles published in journals in Nigeria and more than 14 (Eleven) newspaper articles in the past 18 months.
